The content of this course delivered by Godwin Mbah truly impacted clarity and precision of understanding. Knowing that most of his audience like me are tech novice, Mbah taught with simplicity without a trade off or compromise of the necessary and basic tech jargons as every profession or field have its lingua franca. Suddenly, the gigantic perception of 'cloud computing' the way I have held it for long have been demystified. Though the class provided rudimentary education about Salesforce, the nutrition of this 'infant formular' have nourished mental faculty and fueled my appetite for more. I'm proudly confident to move on to the next class...proudly wearing my "Rookie Badge".

This course was an excellent introduction to Salesforce. The explanations were clear, the examples were practical, and the structure made it easy to follow even as a beginner. I gained a solid understanding of core CRM concepts, navigation, objects, and how Salesforce supports real business processes. It was definitely a good match for me and has boosted my confidence to continue with more advanced modules
