Biography

I have a background in operations, administration, programme management and education, with over eight years of professional experience. I recently completed my MBA International in the UK and am now developing my skills in Salesforce, business analysis and data analytics. I joined Pathway to Salesforce to gain practical technology skills, transition into a technology-focused career, and learn how to use CRM, data and automation to solve real business problems.
